A pair “selling out” isn't one number — it's a mix of how limited the stock was, how broad the size run is, and how much hype sits behind the release. A shoe with 12 pairs across 8 sizes sells out differently from a general-release runner with deep stock. We factor all of that in below.

Across our best-sellers, the men's US 8–US 12 range goes first, every time — they're the most common sizes, so demand for them is fiercest. If you wear one of those, you have to be quick.
The one that surprised us
The pair that sold out fastest — gone before we could get a restock — was the Asics Gel Kayano 20 ‘Illuminate Mint’. Our read: the Gel Kayano silhouette is having a real moment in Australia right now, and its recognition is climbing faster than anyone expected.
Will it come back?
Sometimes. We restock a good number of popular pairs — but some sell out for good, and once we know a pair isn't returning we take it off the site. So if a pair is in stock and you want it, don't count on a second chance.

Do sold-out sneakers come back in stock?
Some do — we restock many popular pairs. But some sell out permanently, and once we know a pair isn't returning we remove it from the site, so it's best not to wait.
