Shipping Policy
Free domestic postage on every order.
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of being placed. In rare circumstances, this may extend to a maximum of 5 business days, depending on stock allocation and dispatch volume at the time of ordering.
For added protection, all sneaker orders are double-boxed to ensure they arrive safely and in pristine condition. All domestic and international parcels are sent via Australia Post eParcel.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your parcel every step of the way until it arrives.
Signature on Delivery
For the security of every customer, all orders are sent with Signature on Delivery. This ensures your parcel is handed directly to a recipient rather than left unattended.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard Shipping — estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.
Express Shipping — estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.
International Shipping (New Zealand)
Express Shipping — estimated delivery within 5–9 business days.
Please note that, depending on the value of your order and the destination country, your parcel may be subject to customs or import duties. To avoid any unexpected charges on arrival, we recommend contacting your local customs office in advance. Any duties or fees applied to your parcel are the responsibility of the buyer.
International Orders Beyond New Zealand
We are also able to arrange international shipping for custom orders to destinations outside New Zealand. To organise this, simply contact our team via email and we'll be happy to assist.
