Extended Christmas Returns Policy
To make your holiday shopping easier, we’re offering an Extended Christmas Returns Policy:
- Any orders placed from now until 31 December are eligible for return or exchange until 31 January.
- All other standard return conditions still apply (items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging).
- Exchanges remain subject to stock availability, and where unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Condition of Items for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn in the same condition and original packaging that you received it in.
- The proof of purchase must also be provided.
- The item should retain all original tags and any additional laces and/or accessories that came with the product
- Should not have any creases from try-on or wear, and should not show any sole wear or debris (applicable for sneaker items)
Please ensure that the item is packaged inside a shipping box, not a satchel. Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage costs related to the exchange.
The evaluation process may take up to 7 days from receipt of return request and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests.

Store Credit
Due to the limited nature of our products. In certain circumstances, we may only be able to offer store credit. Please note that our store credit does not have an expiration date for your convenience.
