Exchanges & Returns Policy

We accept exchanges for size corrections only. If you have an issue with the size of the product you've received, you are eligible for an exchange for your perfect size if you contact us within 30 days of delivery, unless it has been arranged otherwise. We cannot facilitate exchanges or any form of return on change-of-mind purchases.

Should the replacement size have a different price than the original item purchased, the customer is responsible for paying any additional cost associated with the higher-priced size.

Condition of Items for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

• Unworn, in the same condition and original packaging that you received it in.
• Accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
• Returned with all original tags and any additional laces and/or accessories that came with the product.
• Free from any creases caused by try-on or wear, and showing no sole wear or debris (applicable to sneaker items).

Please ensure that the item is packaged inside a shipping box, not a satchel. Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage costs related to the exchange.

The evaluation process may take up to 7 days from receipt of the return request, and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests.
