Condition of Items for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
Unworn, in the same condition and original packaging that you received it in.
Accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Returned with all original tags and any additional laces and/or accessories that came with the product.
Free from any creases caused by try-on or wear, and showing no sole wear or debris (applicable to sneaker items).
Please ensure that the item is packaged inside a shipping box, not a satchel. Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage costs related to the exchange.
